Cline-pass is still my main provider for most work, and it's still been basically impossible to hit a rate limit using Deepseek v4 Flash. It's fairly easy to hit rate limits with Kimi K3. I do virtually every sort of IT work: installations, changes to OS settings, project compilations, all sorts of code generation, research, lots of documentation writing, etc., all with Deepseek v4 Flash. For big projects, I have Kimi K3 check the work done by v4 Flash. K3 is probably overkill for all but the most complex and critical projects, but its novelty hasn't worn off yet, and it has done a great job proofreading some very long documents (hundreds of pages each), created by v4 Flash.
For my daily agentic driving, v4 Flash on Cline-pass, in Pi, has been a killer solution.
